About Me
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and performance. At the heart of it, what drives me is simple: I love helping people step into their potential and show up as the best version of themselves.
I earned my Master’s in Psychology from USC and originally trained as a therapist before spending more than two decades building and leading Krav Maga Worldwide. Years later, I returned to my roots in human development and became a professional coach. This work brings together everything I’ve learned about people, growth, and leadership.
At KMW, I helped grow the organization into an international self-defense and fitness company with more than 200 licensed facilities. Along the way, I led teams, developed leaders, and trained thousands of instructors on how to teach, present, and lead. Those years gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to inspire, empower, and sustain growth in others.
Since 2016, I’ve coached people across industries and roles, from executives and entrepreneurs to teachers, doctors, and community leaders. I’m a PCC-level certified coach through the International Coach Federation and have also trained and mentored other coaches since 2017. My work is influenced by my training at the IFS Institute, which informs the holistic, inside-out approach I bring to every client.
